Unnecessary overheads such as large teams of junior solicitors and paralegals; inordinate amounts of paper and bundles; and excessive third-party disbursements have all been removed from the techniques we employ at Skinitis LLC to handle our clients’ needs.
Notwithstanding the above, even with great technological support and highly experienced solicitors, we understand that clients want to look at various options when it comes to remunerating their solicitors; accordingly we offer a flexible approach to charging, and can discuss any of the following pricing methods:-

- Fixed fees for certain types of work or for stages
- Damages Based Assessments (i.e. percentage of the recovery or amount saved compared to the original claim or on the amount settled below the reserved amount)
- Conditional fee arrangements
- Fixed rates for casualty investigations, statements, reports and recommendations to include travel time and disbursements.
- Free file review and assessment of merits with a no obligation fee proposal (based on limited documentation)
- In certain circumstances we can also offer complete outsourcing of certain types of claims at a fixed price or on a recovery basis which may be of use to clients in run off or with a book of old claims that they want to outsource.

We have done this by employing mid-ranking solicitors and above only. This avoids the need for the use of unqualified or trainee work. Furthermore, excessive numbers of junior solicitors and paralegals are not assigned to any matter or case. From our experience in the English legal system and similar systems in Asia and around the world, placing copious numbers of solicitors and legally qualified personnel on a file is completely unnecessary and counter productive. Even some of the most complex cases and matters can be handled and resolve with a team leader and one qualified assistant. To support this network of a lean legal team – the firm has invested substantially in modern-day office technology.
Our office system is paperless, only absolutely necessary documentation is dealt with on paper all other forms of communication, court forms, and legal documents are handled electronically which presents a huge saving in administration costs and save copious amounts of time for the client.
