SOTO SKINITIS - Solicitor & Founder
Soto qualified as a solicitor with Lewis Moore & Co in 1999 having gained legal experience at Poles, Tublin Patestides & Stratakis in Manhattan, USA. He then went on to practice with Jackson Parton and Norton Rose, before founding the Skinitis Maritime Law firm in May 2006. He has been invited to be guest lecturer in Shipping Law at the Business College of Athens.
Soto remains largely focused on dry shipping. His main area of expertise is with disputes relating to charterparties, bills of lading, ship management agreements, ship sales & purchase contracts, bunker contamination, cargo claims, bad stowage, and other fields that relate to the dry shipping market. His extensive legal knowledge is complemented by a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of shipping gained whilst serving in the Greek merchant navy.
Soto is fluent in English and Greek, and has a good command of French.

ANGIE PETRITSI – Office Manager/Accounts
Over the last 18 years, Angie has gained a variety of skills and knowledge through secretarial and accounting positions she has held in shipping and non-shipping companies.
She joined Skinitis Maritime Law firm in August 2008 and is now responsible for the office accounting, as well as providing full secretarial cover to the practice manager.

GEORGE ZAMBARTAS – Joint Venture Solicitor
George holds a BA (Hons) in Law and Politics from the University of London’s Queen Mary College. 
He has extensive experience in Commercial Law and Cypriot Corporate Law as well as shipping, ship financing, maritime claims, ship management and purchase/sales of ships, including new builds.
He has undertaken ship registration, re-flagging, re-naming and parallel registration in all major registries around the world. After heading up the Commercial Litigation Department of a Law Firm in the UK, he moved to Cyprus in 1999 to take up the position as in house Legal Advisor of a leading global Shipping Company.
In August 2008 he left the niche corporate law/shipping law practice of Economides Dionysiou & Co to form Zambartas Law Offices.

JOHN P. GALLEN - Managing Director of Gallenalliance Solicitors
John Gallen is the Managing Director of gallenalliance Solicitors, Dublin.  He established the firm in 2006 and advises a range of blue-chip Irish and International financial institutions and corporates.
He was previously with Ashurst (London and Singapore) and with A&L Goodbody (Dublin).  John features in the Who's Who as "sterling reputation".  He holds a Joint Honours Degree in Law and Computer Sciences, a Diploma in Software Engineering and is a Solicitor in Ireland and in England & Wales.

STELLA KONSTANTINOU – Assistant Solicitor
Stella holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from De Montfort University of Leicester. In 2013 she had been awarded an LLM in International Commercial Law from Sheffield Hallam University. 
On September 2013 she started her career as a trainee lawyer in the Law Office of the Republic of Cyprus (Attorney-General of the Republic) based in the Public Prosecution Department. During her legal training in the Prosecution Branch she was dealing mainly with the preparation and presentation of criminal and traffic cases before the court along with public prosecutors. She was also collaborating with the Criminal Investigation Department and other Police Departments for the investigation of criminal cases.
In June 2014 she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association and is a member of Limassol Bar Association.
Upon the completion of her legal training and admission to the Cyprus Bar, in 2015 she joined L.G. Zambartas LLC and, through their joint venture scheme with the Skinitis Maritime Law Firm, is currently practicing in the firm’s shipping litigation and arbitration department.
